Writegenic AI has an integrated feature of brand voice or you may call it as a brand kit.
Imagine you have a business offering several services. These services define the scope of what you provide. The concept of "brand voice" relates to these services, representing the essence of your business whenever you create documents, proposals, or any related materials. By entering your business details into the "brand voice" section of Writegenic AI, you can easily generate consistent content. Whether crafting marketing material or other documents, simply activate the brand voice feature to automatically incorporate your business information without repeatedly typing it in.
Now, consider a project scenario. If you're working on a project requiring multiple documents, use the brand voice option where you've pre-entered the project's details. There's no need to repeatedly input the project's scope. Just enable the brand voice option, and Writegenic AI will handle the rest.
Following are the easy steps to setup your brand voice on Writegenic AI:
Go to your dashboard and open the "brand voice" tool from the left navigation panel as shown in the image below:
Click the "new company" button and follow the instructions.
Enter the company details as Company name, Industry (the field or industry you provide your services within), Description (add as much description as you can), Website, Tagline (the slogan of your company), Tone of Voice (select the best suited option), and Target Audience (what are your potential customers). You can also upload a document with all the information about your business, product or project in this section.
Enter your services one by one [optional]. If you want to create the documents for separate services then fill this section, otherwise leave it empty and mention all the services details in the description section under form no. 1. Click "save" button and your brand voice is ready.
Similarly, you can use the same steps for your product or project. Instead of company name, you can enter your product or project name following the information of your product or project.
You can select the brand voice while creating any document or content through an AI writer template or AI chat template:
Select any template from within the "AI writer" section of left panel.
Turn on the toggle button in front of the brand voice, select your company, select your service or product as shown in the image below:
Select a chatbot you want to use from the "AI chat", or any other chat tool from the left panel of the dashboard.
Click the brand voice button inside to the the right hand side of the message panel, a popup window will appear where you will have to select your brand voice accordingly as shown in the image below:
